Passaic

About 10 miles from New York City is Passaic, which is ranked in the top ten most populated counties in New Jersey. Passaic is also where Church of God volunteers hosted one of the “Mother’s Street”—a campaign to clean a total distance amounting to the circumference of the earth.

In Passaic, around 70 members worked hand-in-hand to clean Polaski Park and collected nearly 100 bags of trash. Mayor Hector C. Lora broadcasted the volunteer’s efforts live and commended the volunteers for their work.

Mother’s Street campaign took place along the East Coast and all throughout the world. In more than 175 countries, members brought joy to their neighbors and inspired them to clean up the world.
